From this view you can get a sense of how high that "Balcony" at Turn 4 really is. I believe the white El Camino is in the same location in this and the shot below..

The reverse view: above the head of the man in the lighter blue shirt is the hillside "Balcony" of the turn 4-5-6 complex.
The man in the dark blue shirt, standing with his back to us, is Dan Binks, at that time a Conte Racing crew member. He went on to become crew chief of the championship-winning team that featured driver Tom Kendall. The driver at this test session was John Paul, Jr.
