Update: It seems I'm the only one who loves this soup everyone else thinks it's a big yawn.

MINT PEA SOUP

3 peppermint tea bags
2 l/2 cups water
4 cups green peas (20 oz frozen)
2 tsp. sugar
1 cup milk
Salt & pepper

Place tea bags and water in pan and bring to a boil. Steep on high for 4 minutes. Remove tea bags, add peas and sugar, simmer for 15 minutes. Puree mixture in blender until smooth. Return to pan. Stir in milk over medium heat until blended. Salt and pepper to taste.
