Lemonade Fruit Dressing
Serve over a variety of seasonal fruits.

4 eggs
12oz frozen lemonade concentrate
2 cups whipped cream (or 8oz Cool whip)

Combine eggs and lemonade concentrate in a sauce pan. Whip until smooth. Cook and stir over low heat just until mixture boils. Cool to room temperature, stirring several times. Strain if necessary (mine had a few eggs whites floating in it so I strained it).

Fold in the whipped cream. Serve a dollop on your favorite fruit.

Martha Stewart Living has a similar recipe but unless you have time to grow your own lemons use this version!
