Fellow Patriots,

 
This message will be a chilling one.  It will have major consequences
and will surely escalate into an economic revolution. 
I will not go into details at this time, but I believe we have cause(s) for action.
Our children, grandchildren, and in many cases great-grandchildren, are purposely being burdened
 by this administration and by the former administrations, and more so by the present Obama administration
 and the progressives who are intentionally creating massive debt and instituting methods to leave a scorched earth policy
for whomever controls Congress in the upcoming elections. Current representatives are suspicious
that they are going to be in the minority in the November elections and will lose their control of Congress.

I believe the same representatives are running up massive debts on purpose and are betting
that the new majority rule will have significant difficulty in cutting and repealing the massive deficit spending programs,
 and will not have the fortitude to enact the drastic cuts nor repeal the actions of the present administration.

Therefore, I believe we should record the names of all these massive debt creators and abusers of our rights. 
When, after the November 2, 2010, elections are concluded and we have majority control and we take our country back,
we might consider using the  "emergency war powers act" and confiscate all the assets of the likes of Obama, his cabinet members,
and others such as Bill and Hillary Clinton, George Soros, Nancy Pelosi, John and Cindy McCain, Harry Reid,
George Bush Jr., George Bush Sr., Jimmy Carter, Barney Frank, Chris Dodd, Charlie Rangel, all the progressive democrats,
the rinos (republicans in name only),  all the liberal Hollywood elite, and others. 
They would then be awarded about $1,000.00 a month to exist on, probably more than they are planning
to allow for our children to exist on. 
Apply the proceeds derived from these tyrants to the national debt.

Other names should be added to the list above as they are discovered. 
If you have some more names of oppressors that I have not mentioned, let me know;
we will have a more detailed list by November 2, 2010.

I have had enough.  Let us flush the politically-correct agendas and call a spade a spade.

The continued confiscation of our assets and denial of our rights shall not be allowed by any government official. 
If this combative action is successful, it will be a long time before another abusive federal or state government administration
 will do what this Obama administration and his accomplices have done
to erode our endowed rights to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness and property. 

I realize this is a chilling message.  However, the destruction by the aforementioned
of our rights guaranteed us in the Constitution by our Creator is equally chilling.

Taxing "The Fruits of Our Labor"

Currently, the State of North Carolina is discussing
the placement of a service (labor) tax on selected individuals.
It is my opinion that a tax on "life" and on "the fruits of our own labor"
is in direct violation of Article 1, Section 1 of the North Carolina Constitution.**
There have been discussions of the taxation of lawn-care businesses
and of internet businesses, much of which is labor.
I object to these means of taxation.
I have informed my state legislators that if they place a labor/service tax
on teachers, lawyers, politicians, all government employees, firemen, policemen,
school administrators, that is, "tax all," then this tax would die and
 implementation would cease.

How is Obamacare going to treat the "rage virus"
that is spreading like the H1N1 virus in this nation??
This "rage virus" cannot be controlled with a prescription drug.
This "rage virus," as it grows and grows and infects
freedom-loving American people, could become many

The "Change" is "Chains."

The "chains," also known as "shackles,"
is the "change" promised by the Obama administration.
These "chains" are presently being subtly prepared
for the intended subjects, not excluding liberals,
who think they will rule over us.
Who of us would want to play nice and be
politically correct with these
would-be oppressors?

If you are a U. S. Citizen, you are "TENURED,"
meaning you have endowed rights that are
"almost" permanent.
One way to lose this tenure of rights is to waive it.
College professors and teachers often
claim "tenure" as a protection.
As a U. S. Citizen, you have even greater
 standing in your tenure of rights.

Proclaim them!  Defend them!  And Practice them!

I believe the train of the people's revolution is speeding down the tracks.
The whistle has been blowing.  Politicians still ignore the whistle.
We must not apply the brakes of the oncoming train.
On election day November 2, 2010, BE THERE and VOTE the bastards out.
Whether there be rain, sleet, snow, or if we have to go to the polls on a bicycle,
in a buggy, auto, or we have to walk, crawl, or hitch a ride, be there and vote.
If the future permits, I will do what I can to put these bastards out of office.
I will not forget, ever, what the politicians have done to me and to my children, never.
