COTTON PALACE SAMS 2006, 2007 & 2008 PROJECTS 1. Food Pantries: We bring non perishable food to each campout for food pantries at either Crawford or Valley Mills. 2. We donated $50.00 to the Good Sam Club Traveling Museum for years 2006, 2007 2008 & 2009: 3. We donated $500.00 to the Hillcrest Hospice program for years 2006, 2007 & 2008 & $200 for 2009. 4. We donated $500.00 to the Providence Hospice program for years 2006, 2007 & 2008 & $200 for 2009. 5. We donated $750.00 to the Family Abuse Center for years 2006, 2007 & $700.00 for 2008 & $200 for 2009. 6. We donated $750.00 to the Compassion Ministries to help in their work for years 2006, 2007 & $500.00 for 2008 & $200 for 2009. Click here for some information on Compassion Ministries and what they do. 7. We donated $250.00 for a MHMR unit for the year 2008. 8. We save and sell aluminum cans as one of our fund raisers. See photo below. 9. This past year we collected three gallons of pull tabs. They will be given for free cancer treatments for people in need. See photo below. 10. Each of our rigs brought two New Unwrapped "Toys-for-Tots for the KWTX, Salvation Army and Marine Corp Reserve annual Christmas drive.  11. On National Good Sam Club Cleanup Day. We clean up a local City Park. See photos below. |
