You can see I put small pieces of wood into the hollow tubing to give the screws something to really bite into.

Uncut Designer White Laminate (5'x8').

Laminate attached and routed to frame size.

The following taken using a uncalibrated HD72.
Screen Geom looks a little off because the temporary
way I am hanging the screen is causing the bottom
to hang further away from the projector than
the top. Unless stated otherwise, all lights are off.

Transporter 2 just happend to be on last night.

Comparison, all lights off.

Comparison, one 60 watt lamp next to seating position.
Camera seems to add red push though. Does not look
this washed out in person.

Compare this to above, seems like the camera
likes to add red sometimes. The proj might have
a slight red push but not like this in person.

Zoomed in a bit to try and show that the screen
texture is invisible in the projected image.
