Why CSS is Better

So, why create a page that is just CSS? Because I it this is the only good way to make a web page. It makes the design and update easier. It also makes for a lot less playing with code after you have created the stylesheet. The stylesheet for this page was influenced by Rachel Andrew and her book: Designing Without Tables.
