2 CONC Miami University-Middletown, earning her associates degree at the age
2 CONC of about sixty. She enjoyed working a school librarian and absolutely
2 CONC delighted in her grandchildren.  She had numerous medical problems
2 CONC over the years and tended to avoid going to doctors when she needed to
2 CONC go.  She had chest pains for several days without telling anyone,
2 CONC insisting that she was doing just fine taking care of her husband Earl
2 CONC who was fairly ill.  She had suffered a severe heart attack and died
2 CONC just days later.

2 CONC company.  It was across from the Paramont theater.  I doubt if Uncle
2 CONC Joe and aunt Pear were overjoyed when Gramp started 27 taxi.  I think
2 CONC he took a couple of the good drivers with him . Uncle Joe and aunt
2 CONC Pear moved from abopve the taxi company to the farm on route 25 and
2 CONC dorothy and wilson moved in.  That is Joanna and Paul's Mom and dad.

2 CONC Elementary School.  She retired in 1978.

2 CONT She is survived by her husband, Earl; two sons, Robert Earl Moore of
2 CONC Ben Wheeler,Texas, and John Thomas Moore of Marion, Ind.; five
2 CONC grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

2 CONT Mrs. Quiett, the wife of Henry Quiett, died at 5:50 PM at her home,
2 CONC where she had battled against complications for a year.  She was 43

2 CONT In the 17 years she had been a resident of Middletown, Mrs. Quiett
2 CONC widely endeared herself.   She was faithful in attendance at the
2 CONC Methodist Protestant Church and as a Daughter of America.

2 CONT She was born in Sharpsburg, Ky., where her father, James Newton
2 CONC Campbell, her stepmother and a number of brothers and sisters reside.
2 CONC Besid her husband, one daughter, Mrs. Earl mOrre and a granson, Robert

2 CONC and James Campbell, two half-brothers, Warren and Elmer Campbell, and

2 CONC Elizavilleville, Ind., Mrrs Fidelia Quiett, aged 79 years.

2 CONT Once more the death angel has visited us--..this time he called for
2 CONC our mother.  While yet the tears yet coursed down her withered cheek,
2 CONC as she mourned the loss of her eldest daughter who preceeded her only
2 CONC twenty-five days, the summons came but it found her ready and waiting,
2 CONC longing for that rest which this world cannot give.  Speaking of her
2 CONC daughter's death to a friend she said, "my work seems ended, and I
2 CONC don't know why I am permitted to live on."  The friend replied, "Oh,
2 CONC grandma, you have been an inspiration to me; I am so thankful I have
2 CONC known you, for who could witness your patient suffering and
2 CONC uncomplaining life without having a higher conception of Christian
2 CONC character?"  She had been a great sufferer for years, but during the
2 CONC last 48 hours of her life her agony was intense, yet she retained
2 CONC consciousness untill the last.  She prayed for death; then looking up
2 CONC at her daughter she said ,"why don't you pray God to take me?" The
2 CONC answer was, "mother, I do."
2 CONT
2 CONT Oh, those dear busy, beautiful hands, that were ever ready to minister
2 CONC to the comfort of children and friends, are idle now- their toil is
2 CONC over.
2 CONT
2 CONT Five children remain to mourn a mother's loss. Three sons stood beside
2 CONC the bier and saw the beloved form lowered into the grave beside their
2 CONC father, at Concord, Ky.,
2 CONT but the two daughters were far away, and only heard, in imagination,
2 CONC the dull thud of the clods, as they covered all that was mortal of
2 CONC mother. Oh, that her children and granchildren may emmulate her
2 CONC virtues and prepare to meet her, with all the loved ones who have
2 CONC passed on before, in that world where partings are no more, and where
2 CONC tears never fall.

1 TEXT QUIETT--Relatives here have received announcement of the death of John
2 CONC M. Quiett, 78 years old, who died at the home of his son, Henry
2 CONC Quiett, at Middletown, Ohio, last Monday.  Mr. Quiett was a life-long
2 CONC resident of Nicholas, but had lived with his son in Middletown for the
2 CONC past five years.  His wife died six years ago and he is survived by
2 CONC two sons, J.T and Henry Quiett, and a daughter, Mrs. Pearl Anderson,
2 CONC all of Middletown.  Nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren
2 CONC also survive.  The body was brought here Wednesday morning and
2 CONC interred in the Carlisle cemetery.
