Description
This luxury non smoking, oceanfront condo is on the beach. All rooms feature ocean views, except the bathroom and second bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking and eating utensils. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom 2 twin beds, and the living room two couches and 2 folding mattresses - similar to a futon, but slightly narrower than twin beds and 1 foot longer - which can easily accommodate children. The large balcony overlooks the boardwalk and has patio seating for 4. There is one parking space below the unit large enough to fit the biggest SUV. The unit is located on the 2nd floor, in the middle of the building in a 3 story complex. The condo is located halfway between the Pacific Beach Pier and the famed Belmont Park roller coaster. Daily room service is not available.

This is a non-smoking unit.

Nearby Attractions
Santa Clara Point Community Park and Mission Bay Aquatic Park are only a few blocks away. The condo is extremely close (5 to 15 minutes) to all major attractions including Sea World, San Diego zoo, Balboa Park, La Jolla, Coronado, Sea Port Village, Sport Fishing and Bay Cruises.

Ralphs Supermarket/Starbukcs - 1 mile north on Mission Bl.

Local restaruants - on the boardwalk and directly in back of us.

Bike rentals - - on the boardwalk and directly in back of us.



Check-in Procedure

There is an electronic front door lock. You will be given the code prior to your arrival. Enter the door code to open the door. Please confirm your arrival by calling 858-484-4881 once you have entered the unit.


Policies
Check in 3 p.m. Check out 10 a.m.

To confirm your accommodations, an initial deposit of $500.00 is required within 5 days after reservation. This is a reservation hold deposit and will also be used as your security deposit during the rental. Without this deposit, we will be unable to hold your reservation. Final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATIONS:
Rents will be refunded ONLY on cancellations received 90 days prior to arrival. All cancellations or partial cancellations are subject to a $500 cancellation fee. For your protection, a cancellation request must be in writing. Verbal cancellation requests, or requests left on voice mail will not be accepted.

Your security deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of check-out.

DIRECTIONS TO 3755 OCEAN FRONT WALK #10.
 
From San Diego Airport. Go North on I-5. Go west on I-8. Go 1 exit and turn right at Sports Arena Blvd. Follow the signs to W. Mission Bay Dr and go west. Turn right on Mission Blvd. Proceed north for about 1 mile. Turn left at San Jose (stop sign). Turn left at Strand ( 1 way only & looks like an alley). Go 2 blocks. Beige 3 story bldg on right. 2nd floor unit in middle. Park only in space #10. Your car will be towed if you park in any other space. If someone is in your space, you may temporarily park in another space, but always leave a note saying where you are. You may call the towing company and have the other car towed. There is no guest parking at the unit. Your guests may park on Mission Blvd or Santa Clara Pt Park. Pay attention to the parking signs. There is a 2 hour limit on Mission Bl during the day and some parts of Santa Clara Pt do not allow overnight parking.
