The Strategy:

This isn't necessarily a deck for winning. It's a deck for screwing everyone else. It's fun! After all, isn't that what a game is for?

Setting Up:
Lead with N.S.A. If that bounces, Comic Books is nicely inconspicuous in a Discordia deck. There are three basic directions you can take to build the initial power structure:

Use Bank Of England and the Savings And Loan Scams to run your plot deck and keep the Go Fish cards always on hand. Don't play plot cards conservatively. Use and abuse them, because you'll have plenty.

The Fun Stuff:
Look at every plot deck constantly. N.S.A. can see an opponents top 3 cards (twice: once on your turn, once with it's action) and one of the Weird Science groups with X-Ray Specs can see 6 more. You now know who to give The Worm, who to make An Offer, who to Embezzle, and especially where to Go Fishing. This should give you plenty of cards to use, or at least trade back for obscene favors.

In addition, The Auditor (save actions by powering him with a March On Washington) and Phone Company let you look at and even expose some of your opponents hands. If all these abilities are used aggressively, you should be able to know and track almost every plot card out there, taking what you want at will, primarily with the Go Fish cards.

Note: Remember, you aren't allowed to Fish a hand that anyone has looked at during the current turn. So be sure to look at someone's top plots near the end of the turn of the player just before them, and then prepare to Embezzle and Fish as soon as they've drawn from their group deck.

When I played this deck two games in a row, everyone was so frustrated they were begging me to leave their decks alone. Hail Eris!
