Color Vision Deficiency Testing and Information Pages

This is an informal test of color vision acuity. There are three images.

If your system can display at least 256 colors, and you don't see distinct numbers in these images, you may have a color vision deficiency.

Note: Although these images mimic those in an actual color vision test, because your monitor's phosphor characteristics and calibration are not known its results cannot be taken seriously. You may want to view these images with someone who is known to have normal color vision, and if you think you might have a deficiency, have your color vision checked by a qualified optician or ophthalmologist.
