February 2008 will always hold a very special place in my mind.
Rain Forest, Glacier hiking, Sea Kayaking, Caving, volcanos, horseback riding and hiking through some of the most beautiful country in the world. Not to mention the whales, seals, dolphins, kiwis, and sheep! From 5 star hotels to sleeping on a platform with 30 other people - from hoki poki ice cream to drink home stilled whiskey with a crazy 80 year old kiwi - from repelling through waterfalls to sipping wine as the sun sets.... We couldn't have asked for a better honeymoon!!
