Kris's Superfood Mix
Use a small spoon to measure heaping portions
- 3 sp Flaxseed, freshly ground
- 1 sp Vitamin C buffered powder, with bioflavanoids
- 1 sp Acerola powder or other natural source of vitamin C
- 1 sp Kelp powder
- 2 sp Nutritional yeast
- 1 sp Turmeric
- 1 sp Cinnamon
- 1 sp Chlorella
- 1 sp Spirulina
- 2 scoops green superfood *
Blend well and store in frig. Stir 2 tablespoons into
half a glass of water. Fill with veggie juice and drink.
