I completed this study in May 1994.  Each batch had 100 seeds.  The total germinations were 62 without gibberellic acid treatment and 51 with gibberellic acid treatment.  The Angel rose seeds (rosa x rehderiana) (also called fairy rose seeds) were first soaked in Drain Care organic enzyme for two days.  The seeds were then rinsed and soaked for 1 day in 200 ml of a solution prepared by adding 0.1 gm of gibberellic acid to 400 ml of water.

The seeds that did not get a 1 day soak in gibberellic acid did not get a corresponding 1 day soak in plain water.  This may account for some of the offset in the two sets of data.
