Notes:
Wrapped Crystal Malt grain in cheese cloth.  Added grain to 2 
gallons of cold water in small pot and brought to a boil.  Removed 
grain and poured malty water into 4 gallon enamel pot.  Added 
malt extract and 1 gallon boiling hot water.  Added Hops.  Strained
hot wart through grain bag into primary fermentor.
