Retro-Hopped with 1 oz. Cascade hops, boiled for 10 minutes,
and added to bottling bucket with 3/4 corn sugar.
Nottingham Dry Ale Yeast.

        25 - 16 oz bottles ~= 49 - 12 oz bottles

Started out bitter on 6/22. Retro-Hopping seems to have had
little effect on ale's nose. By 7/11 settled down to a nice
dry ale. Initial bitterness calmed down conserably,
especially in 12 oz bottles. Nice thick creamy head.
Dark Brown color.

Comments from NTHBA members : Very good first beer. Probably
catagorized as a Scottish Export Ale.
