1.00 oz Saaz hops added to sparge.  1.50 oz Saaz hops added to last
10 minutes of boil.  Added 1 tsp Irish Moss to last 15 minutes of 
boil.  Added 1 tsp salt to wort at start of boil.  Used bottled
drinking water.

Fermentation temperature 60 degrees F for 10 days.

Racked to secondary on 9/17.  Lowered temperature to 55 degrees F.  

Added Bentonite 1.0 oz on 10/21.
