Notes:
Used liquid yeast for the first time.  Used Wyeast Scottish Ale 
yeast.  Smacked packet on 7/26/95, added to starter on 7/27.
Pitched on 7/30.  This was actually kind of late.  Most of the
yeast had settled to the bottom of my starter bottle.

Psuedo mashed to the Crystal malt.  15 minutes at 125 F.
30 minutes at 155 F.  5 minutes at 168 F.

Active fermentation on 7/31, continuing on 8/1.
