Refund Policy
Before ordering a registration, license code, or full purchase, please check if the software program works
with your computer hardware, operating system, and handheld
device. Only purchase if you are fully
satisfied. It is not possible to give you a refund afterwards. Trial editions will allow you to fully test all features. Please
try before you buy!
If a problem is encountered either before or after purchasing, please use the
support page to submit a problem notification. MDR Applications will contact
you and try to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Please read the MDR Applications
support policy for more information.
Registering For Windows Apps
Registering an application on this website is the same as activating or licensing, which are all
terms the software industry uses in various ways. Registering an application will remove all
time restrictions and allow full use of the software. The Name and Code fields that are required
to register the application will be given to you upon payment. A registration must be purchased for each computer
where the application is installed. Enterprise licenses or multiple registrations
will be entitled to a discount pending pricing agreements with the customer and
MDR Applications. Please use the support page for all questions regarding registration.
Purchasing Windows Phone Apps
Windows Phone applications can only be purchased through the Microsoft Marketplace.
Converting a trial edition to a full edition will remove all restrictions, trial
popups, and allow full use of the software. Please use the support
page for all questions regarding purchases.
Lost Codes
Please save a backup copy of your registration code on removable media, such as
floppy disk or a flash drive, for the case of a system crash! LOST REGISTRATION
CODES WILL NOT BE REPLACED!
