Foam Fascination with Big Daddy!  This is the best attempt to duplicate the way a pilsner is poured in Germany -
As the beer is poured, the gasses release more flavor which is enhanced by the temperature going up slightly.  The foam head adds texture for a wonderful texture / taste experience.  Note: Do not try this with a Miller or Bud - must be a German brand!  A little hand reaching out confirms its appeal!

Apple becomes Child on Jan. 3, 2008

Jan. 1, 2009 - Ian Bo-an has recently begun to wave to people.

January 1, 2009 - One of his favorite toys, the ball, he likes to watch it roll
and see what it does. He can roll it with a finger or push it with his hand. 

Sleeps during a car ride.

At 8 Months, two big teeth on top and four on the bottom.  He likes to have them brushed!

Shortly after Thanksgiving he started clapping.

One of little Ian's favorite pastimes is to stand on the sofa and peer out the front
window at the cars going by and the building of the big house across the street.
