Ice Dancing National Champion
I started skating at 7 years old and did singles until a back injury pushed me in the direction of ice dancing. At 14 I started dancing and at 16, I was Jr. National Champion with my partner Glenn Parriott.
At 17 I started dancing with Glenn Patterson (left), becoming the National Bronze medalists in Senior Dance in1974. We were alternates on the 1976 Olympic Team, and went on to many International competitions in Russia, Canada, England and more representing the United States.

After placing 3rd at the 1977 Nationals we decided to turn professional and skated several years as Principle skaters with Ice Follies. In 1978, I moved to San Diego and have been teaching here and raising my daughter ever since. I have the best job in the entire world.
