Tire Rule for Divisional Races

In order to control the costs involved with tires for the Series, there will be a right side tire rule in effect. On the Saturday morning of each event, competitors will present no-more-than 1 pair of right side tires (new or used / mounted or un-mounted ) per entered class. The tires will be inspected, branded and serialized. These will be the ONLY tires allowed on the kart during time trials and feature races for the entire weekend event ( Saturday and Sunday ). Once a tire is serialized and registered with the track, it can be used for any future series event. If on Sunday, a competitor has just arrived for that day only, or has had a track approved tire failure from the prior day’s event, he will be required to run 25 laps on the un-branded tires, after which the track will brand, serialize and register the tires to be valid for future competition. Any currently legal  tire with the Brand from a previous WKA National Event may be used in any Race.

Sale or Use of all tire chemicals will not be allowed on track premises. All exposed flames "tire boxes," "tire rotisseries," and tire cutting equipment will not be allowed on race track premises. Tires must be visible at all times. Competitors must present their tires for inspection immediately upon request. Failure to do so will subject competitor to disqualification from the event. Any tires found with prep will result in immediate disqualification from the event.

All tires are per current year's WKA Class Requirements

Simplified explanation : You can run any tire per WKA class requirements as long is it has been branded.

You cannot have more than 2 new right side tires per class per weekend.

You can have less - i.e run the same right sides in 2 or more classes

You will run Saturday's tires on Sunday - or -  run a tire branded from a previous event.
