This is a 1-page poster

This is the 2-page information/registration brochure. It has complete information about student workshops, adult program speakers, and a registration form.

This is an alternative registration form It is full page, suitable for use by individuals or groups.
If you are a group leader, you may find it most convenient to distribute the brochure to each of your members, but then summarize their choices on this form or a spreadsheet file to submit with the group's fees. You may want to register for a number of 'slots' without naming the specific girls who will be attending.
