These are some files I find invaluable for working with Traveller. A couple are hosted here, but most are direct links to the real source of these files, thereby (hopefully) making sure you will get the most recent version of the program.Universal Task Profile
This is a distillation of the DGP task system. It is different from both the one presented in MT, and the one presented in Challenge 29. This file is in PDF format, so you will need a PDF reader to view it.Classic Traveller Utility
The CTU is a great little utility that was written by Stephen Koo. Unfortunately, he and his site seem to have completely disappeared. While the program is not perfect, it is still very usable. So, I am making it available here, so that it can still be found on the Internet.GURPS Modular Vehicles
Tom Bont wrote this amazing program. It will let you build GURPS Traveller starships pretty easily, and is very flexible. One really nice feature is that the module database is editable, so you can add new modules as you find them or make them. As far as I can tell, this program is now completely unsupported. To go with the above GMV, here is a repository module that has been updated to include information from GT:Starships. While it does not appear to have all of the modules (that would be a bit much to expect, I suppose), it does have the vast majority of the GTL 10 modules, with many others for good measure.GURPS Character Maker
Another piece of Tom Bont software, it allows you to make GURPS V3 characters quickly and easily. It looks to have some other options in there, but I never really got them to work. But to do the number crunching and whip out a GURPS3 character, this program works great. This program is now completely unsupported, as GURPS4 is out and SJG offers their own character maker program.Astrogator
Tom Bont also wrote this sector mapping program. While others may have their own favorites, I find that this is a big help, along with H&E, below. Also available are some pre-generated map files.
High Guard Shipyard
This is a great utility to make ships using the rules in CT Book 5. It also has the ability to make ships according to the T20 rules, which are very similar to Book 5. It was written by Andrew Moffatt-Vallance.Heaven & Earth
This is a great tool I have used to help flesh out the worlds in my Landgrabs. It does have its warts and ticks, but it still let me finish the process. (There had been a new effort to create a whole new version of the application, but that seems to have been abandoned.)Classic Traveller Reprints Errata
The Classic Traveller Reprints being published by Far Future Enterprises has unfortunately had some errors in the publications. This website has the links to all of the known errata and bad/missing pages.
