NEWS FLASH:  What’s the latest you may ask? Ohhhhhh, do I have a story to tell you.  Set the way-back machine to November 14th, 2005 Sherman.

Went to sleep like any other work night: early as I am up by 4 a.m. for my job. About an hour into sleep I am awakened by this strange pain on my left side that strangely enough is also in my wrist. Funny you might ask? Hell no!  It hurt and it hurt enough to wake me up from sleep. I didn’t want to wake my wife up as she also had work the next day so I kept repositioning myself over and over and then found that if I elevated my head enough the pain went away-  A-HA! A Muscle spasm! Finally , able to sleep.... So the next morning I woke up and went about my business.  At work while sitting at my cube, I noticed that that pain came back again but then went away in about 10 seconds Residuals from the night before, those pesky muscle spasms.

The only problem is that pesky muscle spasm kept coming back several more times during the days.  I must find out what I did to cause that to happen.

Ahhh, bed time and of course early to bed and I feel asleep about 8:30 or so.  About 11 p.m. that pain in the side came back as well as the wrist and I figured I know how to make this go away, I’ll just elevate my head.  WRONG, it didn’t help this time. So I got out of bed and went into the living room and hung over the back of the couch: that worked as the pain went away, but as soon as I sat up, the pain was back. Weird.  The alarm goes off and again I go about my business.  Work, then errands and on and off the pain keep coming back, so I figured I would call the cardiologist this time and see what he says. (I have a cardiologist as I had A-Fib in 2003 that has been in check since then)

He decided that I should come in the next morning and see him and explain in (con’t)
