Package Contract

I) Basic Package ($500/month)
10 standard hours
Standard support service (between 9:00 a.m. - 5:00p.m.) ...... $80/hr.
After hours support service (5:00p.m. - 6:00a.m.)....................$140/hr.

II) Late Night Package ($1,000/month)
5 standard hours
5 after hours
Standard support service (between 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) ...... $85/hr.
After hours support service (5:00 p.m. - 9:00a.m.)....................$130/hr.

III) Premium Package ($2,000/month)
40 standard hours
Standard support service (between 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) ...... $60/hr.
After hours support service (5:00 p.m. - 9:00a.m.)....................$100/hr.
