SCBA BOSS UsersSCBA BOSS is a "private label" version of SCBA Trak that was produced by us for retail sales by Ray Lambert Enterprises, Inc. of Sophia, WV. Under our marketing agreement, Ray Lambert Enterprises was responsible for marketing and sales of SCBA BOSS while we were responsible for technical support and product improvements. SCBA BOSS and SCBA Trak are functionally identical, and all Tech Notes applicable to SCBA Trak are also applicable to SCBA BOSS. Because of rapid growth in other areas of their business, Ray Lambert Enterprises has agreed to return responsibility for the marketing and sales of SCBA BOSS to us, effective June 1, 1999. This will free up their employees so they can focus on the high growth areas of their business. SCBA BOSS is still a viable and continuing product. We have received all of the information necessary to support SCBA BOSS users, and all agreements that are currently in place with Ray Lambert Enterprises will be honored.
