I Can't Remember My Password!

SUMMARY
A password is always required to erase records, and may be required to gain access to the files. When the program is first installed, there is no password. However, it usually gets set when someone tries to access the "Erase Records..." menu for the first time, and then it's forgotten.
PROCEDURE
The password cannot be recovered, however there is a way to reset it so a new one can be entered. This is a rather involved process. Please email us at support@scbatrak.com or fax us at +330.225.0248 and we'll walk you through the process.
