When using Windows 2000 or XP, moving or clicking the mouse may cause the program to crash

SUMMARY
Versions of SCBA Trak prior to 3.5, which was released November 15, 2002, are not compatible with Windows 2000 or XP due to changes in how the mouse is handled in these versions of Microsoft Windows. Windows 95, Windows 98 and Windows NT 4.0 do not have this problem.
SOLUTION
This problem has been eliminated for Windows 2000 with the release of version 3.01 of SCBA Trak and SCBA BOSS. It has been eliminated for XP with the release of version 3.5 of SCBA Trak and SCBA BOSS on November 15, 2002. Click here for information on how to upgrade.
