SUMMARY

After you install a new copy of SCBA Trak or SCBA BOSS on a computer that is using Windows 2000 or Windows XP, you may find that clicking the mouse causes the text to become "selected" (also known as "blocked") instead of activating what you clicked on.

PROCEDURE

1. Start the program.

2. Right-click on the title bar at the top of the program window.

3. Click on the Properties button.

4. Click on the Options tab.

5. Un-check the Quick Edit box.

6. Click on the OK button.

7. Click on the Save Properties button to save the change for all windows with the same title.

8. Quit SCBA Trak or SCBA BOSS by typing a Q on the keyboard.

The next time you start the program, the mouse will work fine. This change will remain in effect for all future sessions and all future upgrades.
