GREETINGS: Central Florida Chapter Members,

Our Chapter met at Heritage Village on January 14, 2012;  WE had a nice photo-shoot. Jim Mahoney arranged for two models to pose for us.  Although the weather was a little cool, we were able to capture some very nice Portraits of the models.  After the photo-shoot, we enjoyed a very nice lunch at Rocky’s Neighborhood Diner.

OUR NEXT CHAPTER PROGRAM:

The next meeting of the Central Florida Chapter is scheduled for Saturday, March 31, 2012 at the Alligator Farm in St. Augustine, Florida.  The Alligator Farm offers great opportunities for bird photography. 

The admission rates are as follows:

                        Adults             $21.95

                        Seniors              19.76

A dinner meeting is planned at a nearby restaurant, which has not been determined at this time.

Room reservations for those staying overnight are recommended. 

There is a Sleep Inn Motel at 601 Anastasia Blvd., St. Augustine, FL.  The regular rate is $104.00 and the AAA/Senior rate is $94.45.  This motel is just down the road from the Alligator Farm.
