Both tell the life stories of real people.
The word, biography, is derived from the Greek,
bias,
meaning life, and grapheim, meaning
to write.
| The primary focus of this popular genre is character
development. |
| There are at least 8 different approaches to the genre, all of which will
be included in this course. |
So, come in, explore, and answer
the essential question:
"What makes a
hero?"
