After allowing the epoxy to cure for about 30 days I started wet sand the epoxy on all surface, after cleaning and dry them I want over both boat with a tack cloth several times. For varnishing I starting out one day applying varnish to the top of each boat, the next day varnish the bottom. The next day I would go over all surfaces with steel wool than clean with a tack cloth to clean. Then start over for a total for 4 coats.
