Shelby AKA Josie & Napoleon |
| To our friends at Forgotten 4Paws: I thought you would like
to receive an update on Shelby and her puppy Napoleon whom we adopted
in March and April. As you can see by these photographs, both are
growing up beautifully. They have both adapted to our household as
if they were always here. My friends are shocked to hear that Shelby
(who we call Josie - short for Josephine) was a rescue chow chow.
They are great with my two children and are great company for our
golden retriever, Snickers. They are so well behaved, I just can't
believe it myself sometimes. Josie is a great companion to me when
I am working around the house, and Napoleon likes to help me outside.
Both of them are avid hunters though, so bunny rabbits, watch out!!
Nevertheless, they are the watchdogs that I was looking for and I
am thankful to 4Paws from saving Josie and her puppies from the chamber.
I have no hesitation to recommending adopting a rescue dog and I am
