Personal checks must clear before order is shipped. Please allow 10 to 14 days for shipping.
All items are shipped Priority Mail - Overnight and Express shipping available for additional charge.
Texas residents must include sales tax.
Return Policy:
If you are dissatisfied for any reason just return the item back within 10 days of
postmark in its original condition and packaging along with the invoice for a
refund of the purchase price - excluding shipping fees.
Returns will not be honored if the jewelry has been altered or damaged. Please e-mail me to let me know you are returning the item. You responsible for lost packages so all returns need to be insured
for your protection.
For health reasons, all earring purchases are final and non-returnable unless defective.
Terms of custom order returns will be discussed during the ordering process and are not subject to the above terms.
Shipping fees and any transaction fees are non-refundable. On exchange items, the appropriate shipping charges apply.
