-      Max, Adam and Jordan earned an extra $50 gift cards each for selling more than $1500.

Scout Tracker:
-      The decision to purchase this program has been tabled until April, thus giving everyone a chance to look at this program more thoroughly to see if it will work for our pack.

Fund Raising:
-      Nothing reported.

Blue & Gold Banquet:
-      Date is tentative for Feb 17th.

Any questions, please contact Troy Tatum at troy_tatum_972@yahoo.com phone 972-516-9742

Caroling at the Alzheimer's home:
-      It is the one story building next to the creek on Spring Creek, just 2 buidlings west of Blue Ridge Trail.
-      Mon Dec 4th from 3:45-4:30pm.
-      Scouts should be in their Class A uniform and can also wear a fun Christmas hat if they would like. If they would like to wear their red vests too, that would be great since the residents love to look at all the pretty colors and it gives the boys something to talk to them about.
-      Please print off the music from the emails that Michael Short sent out or go to the Pack 235 website and print them from there. http://home.roadrunner.com/~pack235/caroling.html
-      Parents should explain to their boys, especially Tigers, what to expect and how to conduct themselves while at a retirement home. They LOVE the boys and want to talk and visit after the singing so explain to your scout that the residents are old and some cannot talk clearly or hear very well. We should all look at them and speak clearly while visiting.
-      Everyone is invited to CiCi's afterwards. There are free buffet coupons for the boys

Pinewood Derby:
-      Location is Waterview Church of Christ in Richardson at 1409 Waterview.
-      Date is Sat January 27th from 9am to 2pm. Each rank(grade level) races at different times. These times will be posted soon.
-      Set-up of the track and staging area is the night before. We will need a representative from each den to help. If your person is already on the committee and can help, that is great.
-      There will be a Sibling race again this year. Same weight and length rules apply that we use for the boys' cars.
-      Den 1 (our 5th grade den) will bring the laptop, printer, and paper. They really need either a Tiger or Wolf parent to step up and learn how the racing program works. If interested please contact Lynne Musolf at lynnemusolf@verizon.net OR Jim Cavanaugh at jimpcavanaugh@roadrunner.com

T-shirts:
-      Lastest update is that the lady we bought the shirts from sent the shirts in September to an address in East Plano- supposedly to James Donaldson's house.
-      She is checking with DHL to see if they shirts were left or if someone signed for them.
-      Once she hears from DHL, she will print our shirts and get them to us by the first of the year.
-      Paul has done a great job talking with the police in Florida and dealing with this lady. He has asked that once we do get our shirts, that we have all the boys sign one and we send it to the officer who has helped out so much. The committee approved this gesture of good will.

Finances:
-      Current Balance is $2585.25

New Business:
-      Due to the split of Den 2, Troy Tatum has stepped up to be den leader for that den but has stepped down from the Committee Chairman job. Matt Harrison was unanimously voted in to move up from Assistant Committe Chair to Committee Chairman.
-      We are now looking for an Assistant Committee Chairman. If interested, please contact Pam Harrison at tul.time@roadrunner.com
