To all organizations, companies, web sites, people, spammers, telemarketers, owners of web harvesters, spiderbots, etc... and any and all other types of Internet information harvesting processors:
All information on this page (i.e. email addresses, phone numbers, home and business addresses etc..) is the sole property of the Purple Bamboo Institute of Chinese Martial Health Concepts (thereafter referred to as PBICMHC). As such, the above mentioned information cannot be used for any and all business purposes (i.e. Junk mail, spam email, phone number lists, etc..) without the expressed written consent of the PBICMHC owner.
To receive permission to use the above-mentioned information within your services you must comply IN DETAIL with the following information in the following manner:
1.	Send an e-mail address that includes the following information to:
	a.	An active legal and verifiable email address and ISP account
	b.	Your full legal name
	c.	Your full legal residence address
	d.	Your personal home phone number, cell number and fax number
	e.	Your company full name
	f.	Your company full legal address
	g.	Your company phone number(s), cell number(s) and fax number(s)
	h.	Company name and address of ALL companies and organizations, which you represent.
	i.	The exact detailed reason for your request.
	j.	Complete and explicit details on how you will safeguard this information so that it cannot be utilized in any manner by unauthorized personnel without the consent of PBICMHC..
2.	Upon verification, you will receive a receipt confirmation email to verify the given information and will receive notification of any fees required prior to acceptance or denial. Immediate response is required
3.	On official company correspondence you will reply with the following information listed below (as verification) along with a cashiers check for the stated fee amount. All of this information MUST be sent by registered or certified mail to the address you will receive, The listed fee is non-returnable. Minimum acceptance fee is $5000
	a.	An active legal and verifiable email address and ISP account
	b.	Your full legal name
	c.	Your full legal residence address
	d.	Your personal home phone number, cell number and fax number
	e.	Your company full name
	f.	Your company full legal address
	g.	Your company phone number(s), cell number(s) and fax number(s)
	h.	Company name and address of ALL companies and organizations, which you represent.
	i.	The exact detailed reason for your request.
	j.	Complete and explicit details on how you will safeguard this information so that it cannot be utilized in any manner by unauthorized personnel without the consent of PBICMHC.
4.	After receipt of your official request on company correspondence, and verification of your cashiers check clearing, and after your email address and company address has been verified as legal, true and real, your company will receive notification of acceptance or denial and the reasons therefore.
5.	If accepted, each and every item of mail sent to either the email or home address, and or phone call by your organization or each and any organization you represent listed on your official reply correspondence, must make note of this acceptance by the PBICMHC in each and every type of correspondence sent or phone call made. You must also safe guard this information from unauthorized viewing or use. Failure to do so will result in immediate and complete revocation of all rights previously granted you by the PBICMHC and the immediate pursuance of civil and legal action against you and your company entity and all entities you represent as listed on your official correspondence.
6.	The PBICMHC authorizes only the Main entity listed on the correspondence as the only duly authorized entity and as such can and will hold said entity solely responsible of any illegal or unauthorized acts not explicitly stated within this agreement. This includes civil and class action suits in a court of law, and/or releasing your company correspondence information to the Better Business Bureau and the general public in whatever manner appropriate to disseminate said information.
7.	Upon acceptance, each and every piece of email received after receipt of your official correspondence and the PBICMHC return letter, will be considered as originating from your organization and as such will be subject to the terms of this agreement.
8.	The PBICMHC reserves the right to change this agreement and fee at any time without prior notification. The agreed upon fee between the PBICMCH and your company is for one years lease only for the agreed upon information only and must be renewed yearly to maintain eligibility.
9.	This is a legal and binding contract agreement between both parties and misuse, misrepresentation or any illegal or not agreed upon act will be subject to civil action.
10.	In plain English, if you want to steal my information and sell it or use it, you will be required to pay me for its use and be subject to reasonable safeguarding of MY material.
