Our Corporate Wellness Sessions will introduce you to how the Chinese Health Arts can benefit your workplace and help make your employees more relaxed, focused and productive. We stress body posture and structural connection, relaxation and stress reduction ideals, and even how the underlying principles of the Chinese Health Arts can be applicable to actually doing your job! |

For example: Tai Chi Chuan teaches a concept called “yielding”. This concept is basically learning to relax, let your opponent move, while you yield to their power and return from a different direction. A salesman that is having a “hard sale” can utilize Tai Chi’s yielding principle to steer the sale into the direction the salesman wants it to go! |

Also, in the workplace, safety is of major concern. A focused, relaxed, and aware employee is a Safe employee. The chinese arts stress balance, both physical and mental. Learning to control your body allows you to maintain inner and outer balance which creates harmony within yourself and in your interactions with other Employees. The applications are endless. |

Simple exercises to reduce Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, proper posture, balance drills to reduce falls, exercises to increase energy, productivity and awareness, and simple and effective stretching drills are just a few of the many concepts available. |

Our fees are very affordable and the return on your investment is almost immediate. Some groups can charge up to $1000 for a session. We believe that knowledge is power and key to success. Therefore we are more concerned with giving you the knowledge than charging outrageous fees for simplistic ideals. |

Instructor level classes are also available. Assign an employee this position and upon completion of our Instructor Level Program, they can set up their own internal company classes. |
