Introduction |
|||
|
The Purple Bamboo Institute is
offering specialized training workshops in the Chinese Arts. There are a
number of topics available to choose from. You can choose a private or group
session that will focus solely upon the topic or art of your choice. If you
are looking for something to augment other training you are doing, such as
Yoga, Martial Arts or Sports, there is a workshop to benefit you. Not sure
what you want? Just contact PBI Sifu and we’ll help direct you to the session right for you.
You can choose From Private one on one classes, or group sessions. These workshops utilize
principles and knowledge such as, relaxation, stress reduction, fitness,
flexibility, endurance, and/or self-defense. These are specialized sessions,
which focus on one primary topic only. The sessions are relaxed, and flexible
and we can show you how to incorporate the Chinese Arts into your daily life. Regularly held classes at the Richland
Karate Center and at the OSU Mansfield Campus teach similar ideals but often
cover a much broader range of topics. These classes are focused on knowledge
awareness, body discipline, movement, and relaxation and are often attended
by those who have no previous experience. So, read on, investigate, research
and contact us if you are interested in a session. |
