Judge's ruling on July 12th GUILTY

All appeals have been denied.

Despite the victory for the victims shown here, Vicci Andrews ( Lodestar Shelter ) has moved to another location in Arkansas - Hatfield, and has collected another group of helpless animals. The judge never ruled to get help for this unfortunate woman, and so innocent lives remain tortured every day.

These animals and many many more lived in similar conditions for a number of years. We discovered this atrocity in August, 2001 and earnestly tried to get legal action taken on this woman, Vicci Andrews.
If these dogs were here only temporarily, that would be one thing. But these dogs are being kept here for life, not allowed to go to homes that may want them.

When Vicci Andrews was located in Florida, the Humane Society there charged her with cruelty and got an injunction against Lodestar. After the Florida injunction, Vicci and the animals moved to Arkansas.
