I own several industrial warehouses in the Orlando & Apopka, Florida area. Are you a car, motorcycle, or special-equipment/antique collector? Do you need a temporary stage or site for filming? If so, I have a vacancy that you'd be interested in. It could be easily used as a facility for storage and/or filming. Varying is size from 800 - 6,000 ft. sq. ft., excellent choices for your modern or ancient antiques. Rates will be appropriate with the services and amenities provided. A sample rate is $500/month inclusive of all (use of a dumpster for your trash, electric and water service, all property taxes, excellent lighting) for a 800 ft. sq. warehouse with metal racking for your parts and tools. Minimum lease is six months. A security deposit is required.
