D. Franklin Schultz, Ph.D., MT

• Specializes in treatment of panic disorders, disruptive disorders, ADHD, learning disabilities, memory deficits, and emotional disregulation disorder.
• Hours—Monday through Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM
and some Fridays.

Sharon Wilcox, M.ED, CAP

Licensed clinical mental health counselor.
Treats adults, couples, and, adolescents.
Special expertise in treating addictions, people in the legal system with mental health issues, and court ordered referrals.
Provides substance abuse assessments and on-going groups.
Has a strong background in cultural diversity issues, training in cognitive behavior therapy, and enjoys treating anger management, grief, and relationship problems.
Hours--Evenings and Saturday mornings

Lakeland Counseling Center is a secluded, cozy, free-standing building just 1/2 block off one of Lakeland's major highways (East Memorial Boulevard). It is wheelchair & public transportation accessible with two private parking lots.

The waiting room, 5 counseling offices, and large group room are all designed with confidentiality and comfort in mind.

Our office staff, Casey, Melanie and Nina, are available to answer phones from

8:30 to 5:30, to schedule appointments and to help you find providers on your insurance plan.
