Supplies needed: One piece of of any fabric ,22 inches x 22 inches ,
15 inches of half inch wide elastic, 24 inches of string.
1. Cut one piece of fabric 22 inches x 22 inches , then sew down one side
  to form a sleeve. Leaving 1 1/2 inches unsewn at the top and bottom .
2. Fold down at the top and bottom 1 1/2 inches to form a pocket,
  then sew around top and bottom.
3. Run the elastic through the bottom pocket , and tie both ends together in a knot .
4. Run the string through the top pocket , and tie both ends together in a knot.
5. Fill with plastic bags after shopping and hang in a convenient place .
6. HINT : Only use clean dry bags.
