Environmental concerns regarding alkyl phenol-based surfactants (APE) and Zinc based cross linkers have led to a global demand for non - APE and
non - Zinc floor polishes.
Arklys Chemiska Inc., an innovator of emulsion polymerization has introduced three floor care polymers to fill these requirements. These products have performance parameters comparable to traditional polymers used in making floor care polishes. They have the added benefit of having low odor and low foaming characteristics couple with the fact of being with out APE's and Zinc. These products are:

Arkcryl 8123C --- for making general purpose floor polishes

Arkcryl 8127 --- for producing rapid gloss build floor polishes (dri-brite)

Arkcryl 8200 --- for use in formulating UHS burnishing floor polishes
