Welcome

to the Website for Rochester NY's informally organized group of recumbent enthusiasts.

Our unwritten charter is to promote and advocate recumbent cycling by gathering together for informal group rides,
and offering interested cyclists an opportunity to meet and talk with us about "bents",
see these machines on rides, and possibly try them out on short test rides.

On Sundays, every week from April to November, starting at 6:30 AM, will be the 22 mile Early Sunday "Hell-Bent for Breakfast Ride."
It starts in the parking area off Clinton Ave. So., where Clinton crosses the Canal.

The highlight of our season is the RARE2K rally!!

The date for 2009 is now confirmed for
Saturday, June 27.

If you're planning to camp with us, drop a line. We may need to collect license plate data in advance for registration.

This is a link to all of John's photo albums on Shutterfly. You'll want to Search on "R2K" to find the albums related to the rally. There are albums of photos going back to 2002. It's well worth the little bit of bother. John's got an excellent eye.

A ton of other great rides are also available through the Rochester Bicycling Club.
It is not a requirement that one be an RBC member to participate in the club rides
(although it is certainly encouraged and appreciated).
A calendar of club rides is available through the club's website at:
