Introduction

I have been an avid audiophile since my teen years. I would spend hours reading audio mags, dreaming about owning stereo equipment that I could not afford (like Teac Reel-to-Reel’s), and filling out reader service cards for information. Some of the info I still have today but I have sold a lot of it on Ebay. Who would have that a brochure from the 1970’s would be worth $$$ today? Unfortunately this kind of interest in audio has gone by the way side being replaced with interest in the latest cell phones and MP3 players.
