Do you like my new website layout?

I've been putting off upgrading my website for some time now. A few weeks ago my wife started cracking on me about how ugly my site was, which almost motivated me to do something about it. Then I received several emails from readers volunteering to help me "fix" my site. That finally did it.

Don't get me wrong, though. I do appreciate the offers for assistance. It's just that I've always been the type that took it upon himself to learn new things and apply that knowledge into something that could be considered useful. Plus my old site was just butt ugly, difficult to navigate and basically looked like a your average hot mess.

So I began to look into learning basic html and website design from various free sources on the Internet. To my surprise, the stuff actually made sense to me almost immediately. I found a free website template and began playing around with it until I felt comfortable enough to jump right in. After about two days I had what you see here.

Anyone that knows me will tell you that I'm the type of person that doesn't like loose ends. Once I start a project I don't stop for anything until it's finished. I know, I'm a freak that way.
