| Boy did I have a great weekend....and I wasn't even in Santa Fe! I finally took a class with master wire artist Connie Fox in her beautiful studio in San Diego. It was great fun working with the other amazingly talented artists that took the class. This was the fruit of my labor. A beautiful southwest inspired bangle embellished with a sterling silver focal frame. I've riveted a little hammered piece that spins as extra fun. Fantastic lampwork beads are by Ann Ricketts. She's really captured that Santa Fe sky and earth. Of course, no Santa Fe bangle would be complete without a nugget of turquoise! Silver beads are from Bali, ceramic beads are Greece. $150 | |
