ABOUT US
Rivendell is owned and operated by C. L. McGinley, a graduate of the SUNY Morrisville Saddlehorse Production and Management program. She is also a New York State Certified Elementary Teacher who received her B.S. in Education from SUNY Cortland. She worked as an assistant trainer for Rocking Horse Manor, a breeder of registered Percherons in Pompey, NY, was a teaching assistant for the Draft Horse Driving Class at SUNY Morrisville, and worked as a tutor of Equine Anatomy & Physiology. She has also taught Kindergarten, First, Second, and Fourth grades. She has varied and extensive experience with both light horses and draft horses in showing, judging, breeding and management. She has ridden horses all of her life, and has been breeding and showing her own horses and teaching riding and horsemanship to both children and adults for over twenty years.
