• The River View B&B of Blanco has a two-night minimum stay for weekends (three-night for major holidays).
• Payment in full is expected upon reservation.
  • You may hold your reservation by mailing in a check or money order within three working days of phoning.
  • If payment is not received shortly thereafter, the reservation will be cancelled.
• If you are unable to make your planned visit to River View and cancel your reservation in advance of seven days before your expected arrival, your payment will be refunded to you less a $15 bookkeeping fee.
• If you should cancel your reservation within seven days or less of your expected arrival, your payment will be returned to you (less a $15 bookkeeping fee) if and only if the room is rebooked.

• Check-in begins at three p.m.
• Check-out is twelve noon.
